Mark your calendars, foodies: MTLàTABLE, Tourisme Montréal’s annual restaurant week, returns for its 14th edition from October 29 to November 15, 2026. This year, 165 restaurants across the city are taking part, including about 50 first-timers, according to the official announcement. Here is everything you need to plan your bouffe-filled two and a half weeks.
How MTLàTABLE works
Participating restaurants create special table d’hôte menus at four fixed price points: $38, $55, $70 and $90. Brunch lovers get their own tier, with menus at $28. It is the perfect excuse to finally try that spot on your list, or to go back to an old favourite for less than you would usually spend.
Picks by price point
$38: easy, casual and great value
This tier leans toward pizza, pubs and ramen. Participants include Pizzeria Gema, Pizzeria Heirloom, Stella Pizzeria (Laurier), Brasserie Dieu du Ciel! (Montréal), Siboire Notre-Dame, Biiru, and both Tsukuyomi Ramen locations (Bishop and Mile-End). Pizza fans should also check out our best pizza in Montreal list.
$55: the neighbourhood sweet spot
The biggest category, with plenty of buvettes and bistros: Buvette Pastek, Buvette Beaubien, Cabotins, Caribou gourmand, Tabac Villeray, Joséphine, Mignon Steak Vieux-Montréal and Reuben’s, among many others.
$70: a proper night out
Here you will find heavyweights like Restaurant Leméac, Les Canailles, Kitchen Galerie, Maggie Oakes, Pincette, Provisions bar à vin and L’Auberge Saint-Gabriel.
$90: the splurge
For a special occasion, the top tier includes Anemone, Graziella, Monème, Le St-Urbain, Gueuleton, Nama Omakase, Terrasse William Gray and the Restaurant de l’ITHQ, which says it will serve a special tasting menu from November 3 to 14.
$28 brunch
Weekend people, this is for you: Café Le Petit Flore, Caribou gourmand, Chez Suzette, Gaspar Brasserie Française, Tabac Villeray, Sham Vegan, Maggie Oakes and more are offering brunch menus.
Michelin-level experiences
Air Canada signature experiences return for a second year, with exclusive tasting menus at seven restaurants that have appeared on Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants list: Foxy, Hoogan et Beaufort, Lawrence, Le Violon, Molenne, Pichai and Sushi Nishinokaze. Two of them, Hoogan et Beaufort and the eight-seat Sushi Nishinokaze, earned a MICHELIN Star in 2026. The DÉVORE culinary guide also returns, available at participating restaurants, the tourist information centre and hotels.
Tips to make the most of it
- Browse the full list of participating restaurants and menus before you book; the most popular tables go quickly.
- Go midweek if you can, when it is often easier to land a reservation.
- Mix it up: pair one splurge dinner with a couple of $38 or brunch outings.
- Explore a new neighbourhood. That is the whole spirit of the event.
